Carol singing at Trafalgar Square – Sunday 15 December 2024

Description

We have been invited to sing carols in Trafalgar Square on Sunday 15 December in aid of Samaritans. This event is open to anyone who is a current choir member – please book your free place so we know who to expect and to manage a balance of voices. We will meet at 1.45pm and sing from 2pm to 3pm.

The rehearsal on Zoom will be on Monday 9 December from 7pm to 9pm to look at the music in advance. The link is sent in the booking confirmation email.

Mp3s and pdfs of the sheet music will be provided via a Dropbox folder link in the booking email.

Please note that you need to sort out a set of music for yourself – you can put the pdfs and jpeg on a tablet, or print off copies. If you don’t have access either to a printer or a tablet, you can use Doxdirect to order a set at a cost of around £4 + delivery.

Dress code is Christmassy and warm – hats, coats, Christmas jumpers, tinsel, etc.
